KÄRCHER REPAIR SERVICE

Here's how it works, devices from the Home & Garden range can be repaired in our repair centres. Machines within their warranty period are repaired free of charge subject to our Home & Garden terms and conditions.

Home and Garden repairs are carried out at our workshop based in Reddish, Stockport.  Machines can be brought in during our opening hours, Our inspection/labour fee is £55 which is payable upfront.  Once the machine has been assessed our technician will give you a call to advise the cost of any parts required to bring your machine into full working order.

Repair warranty

Kärcher offers private customers a warranty on Home & Garden products of two years from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects. You must provide proof of purchase as proof of the warranty.

All repairs to Kärcher products within warranty are free of charge (subject to conditions of sale) except in the case of; misuse and abuse or frost damage

As an authorised Karcher Center we can carry out your warranty repairs regardless of where you purchased your machine, simply bring in your machine along with your proof of purchase and we will do the rest!
